Going out and tearing it up at a karaoke bar with all your friends is always a great time: the camaraderie, the socializing, the bonding. However, keeping things at home can be just as awesome. After all, karaoke is more about the people you’re with than where you’re singing.
Whether you’re planning a last-minute get-together or a long-awaited house party, setting up a JYX karaoke machine is simple, so you can spend less time preparing and more time singing your favorite songs together.
Setting up for an at-home karaoke party
Start by finding a spacious spot in your living room where everyone can gather comfortably and take turns singing. Connect your JYX karaoke machine to your TV using an HDMI cable, plug in the power adapter, and turn on both devices.
Next, open a reliable karaoke software platform like Singa to access a library of songs and find your favorites. Adjust the volume and echo settings to your liking, grab a microphone, and get the party started!
To keep the fun going, rotate singers so everyone gets a chance to perform. For step-by-step instructions on connecting your JYX speaker, check out our home karaoke setup guide.
