We are introducing Singa Booking: an integrated online room-booking system built from the ground up for private karaoke venues. It is available as part of your Singa setup, no extra platform to log into, and no complicated integration to maintain.

Coming soon: payments and your own booking widget
We are not stopping at bookings.
Pre-payment support is coming, so customers can pay at the time of booking. Fewer no-shows, easier deposit collection for peak slots, less admin at the door. We will share more details as this gets closer to launch.
We are also building an embeddable booking widget: a booking form you can place directly on your own website, so customers can reserve a room without leaving your site. Bookings land in the same admin panel, alongside everything else.
Promotional code support for discounts and loyalty campaigns is also on the roadmap.
A smoother experience for your guests
When a customer wants to reserve a karaoke room at your venue, they visit your Singa venue page and tap the Book Now button. They pick their room, choose a time, and confirm. Done, in minutes, from their phone, without making a phone call.
Once booked, they receive an automatic confirmation with a calendar link ready to add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app. If plans change, they can view and cancel their booking directly from a personal bookings page. No calls to your front desk, no emails back and forth. Just a clean, mobile-optimised experience that makes it easy to show up ready to sing.

Full visibility and control for your team
Your staff get access to a purpose-built admin panel at admin.singa.com, designed around how venue teams actually work.
A timeline view shows all upcoming reservations at a glance, with colour-coded status badges so your team always knows what is confirmed, what is pending, and what has been cancelled. Dedicated pages for managing rooms, services, and opening hours give you full control over how your venue operates.
A few things worth highlighting for day-to-day use:
- Buffer times between bookings are configurable per room, so there is always time for cleaning and turnover without double-booking.
- Per-venue timezone support comes with flexible date and time format preferences (US, European, or ISO), so the system works the way your team thinks.
- Automatic booth activation means Singa turns on the room when a booking starts, with no manual code entry needed. Guests walk in and it just works.

Part of your Singa setup
Singa Booking is a paid add-on, sitting alongside Soundtrack for background music and the rest of your Singa setup. One platform, one admin panel, one place to manage your venue's karaoke experience, including how guests book.
For venues currently paying for a standalone booking tool, replacing it with something already integrated into your karaoke system means one fewer subscription and a lot less friction.
