The 100 most popular karaoke songs in the United States
The most-sung karaoke song in the United States is Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond, according to data from the Singa karaoke app. It's followed by Lose Control by Teddy Swims (#2) and Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton (#3). The most-sung artist overall is Neil Diamond, ahead of Elvis Presley and Teddy Swims. This is the updated list of the 100 most popular karaoke songs in the US in 2026.
Methodology. This list counts real song plays inside the Singa karaoke app from users in the United States over the last 12 months. It reflects what Americans actually sing — not what they Google, not what charts on Spotify, and not what Billboard ranks. A play means someone hit the mic, not the search bar.
US karaoke in 2026 is a strange and wonderful collision of generations. The classics still rule the night — Sweet Caroline, Bohemian Rhapsody, Don't Stop Believin', Take Me Home, Country Roads — but the new wave is finally landing too. Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club is in the top 10. Teddy Swims' Lose Control is at #2, behind only Neil Diamond. And Golden, the breakout track from Netflix's KPop Demon Hunters, has charted at #8 — the first K-pop song ever to crack a US karaoke top 10.
Below: the full top 100, the top 10 most-sung artists, and the genre breakdown. If you want to skip to the list, jump straight to the rankings.
Top 10 most-sung artists in the US
- Neil Diamond
- Elvis Presley
- Teddy Swims
- Frank Sinatra
- Chris Stapleton
- Adele
- Radiohead
- Chappell Roan
- The Beatles
- Billy Joel
The top of the list is mostly the canon — Neil Diamond rides Sweet Caroline alone to #1, Elvis is evergreen, and Frank Sinatra and The Beatles never leave a karaoke bar. The breakouts are Teddy Swims (at #3 overall after just two years) and Chappell Roan (at #8 — the youngest artist on the list). Country is the other big story: Chris Stapleton is at #5, and the genre's pull keeps pushing names like Carrie Underwood, Garth Brooks and Zach Bryan into the song-by-song rankings below.
Top genres driving US karaoke
The genre split is exactly what you'd expect from a country that loves a good chorus. Pop dominates, with about 57,000 plays across the year. Rock is right behind on 31,000 plays on its own — and another ~22,000 plays in rock-pop and rock-alternative blends, putting the broader rock universe well past 60,000.
Country and folk together pull around 29,000 plays — proof that the Stapleton / Wagon Wheel / Friends in Low Places lane is alive and well. Hip hop sits at ~11,000, with WAP and Baby Got Back doing most of the lifting. Rock ballads add another ~7,500, and RnB rounds out the top buckets at ~6,500. If you only sang in two of these genres all year, you'd cover most of America's karaoke nights.

1. Sweet Caroline – Neil Diamond
It's been America's bar singalong for decades — the BAH BAH BAH between every line is what makes it karaoke gold.
